We offer a pre-arranged contact plan to suit your own situation, where one of our local team will contact you at a set and regular time to ensure that you are fine. We can contact you by telephone, email, text or other method if preferred, as often and as regularly as you'd like. If we get no answer, an agreed Escalation plan will be followed to ensure that all is well.
